Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the brokerage contract with KreditFair within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract was concluded.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KreditFair, Sophienstr. 15, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, Email: contact@kreditfair-de.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. Dispatching the notification before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. As KreditFair's mediation services are 100% free of charge for borrowers and no upfront fees are ever charged, withdrawing entails zero financial disadvantage.

Note regarding loan agreements with partner banks

The separate 14-day statutory cancellation right for the loan agreement concluded with the partner bank is governed by § 495 BGB and is provided separately by the financing bank.
